It's a TJ Sport "wanna be" Rubicon. And if I were to guess, a it's also a 2.5L four cylinder.

In a lot of cases the 6 cylinder TJ Sport had a 4.0L sticker on the side of the Jeep. The 4 banger SE had nothing. There are also a lot of wanna be jeepers out there, even ones with built rigs that never go off road. You'll find a few of theno nothings that will put bogus decals thinking no one will notice.

Here are two examples of the 4.0L TJ and note the Font used....

And the wanna be.....

yep you get 10 internet cool points for spotting a tard. i saw it in a parking lot and did a double take. drove back around and noticed the sport sticker.

i actually think someone put the sport package and stickers on a rubicon ;-)

did the tj rubis come with the rocker guards? and why would anyone want to add a sport sticker. your right the font is all wrong.

I've seen Sport models with that font on the decal. I think the newer TJ's have that font. Can't say for certain, though.

All TJ's came with the short flare behind the fender. It is not a rocker guard, it's an extension of the fender.

Okay... I stand corrected. It looks like the TJ/LJ Rubicons did not have the fender extensions, but came with a little body armor along the bottom side, but no rock rails. I don't know what you mean by "rockers".

My friends Rubicon LJ on a trail we did last summer near Tucson....

i peeled all my stickers off. i always joke because the postal jeeps came with a dana 44 in the rear that i am half a rubi. well the back half. so i would be a posticon.

This is my ULTIMATE LJ/TJ. Throw a hardtop on it and I'd give...well, certain body parts. :rockit:
