Wow, everytime I've been to Badlands in Attica, that section is dusty we actually put the tops up and zip in the windows. Never seen it wet before.

looks like a great time. badlands is always a fun place to wheel. can't wait to get my junk back together and head back up there. last two time i have been up there i have broke before i got to try any of the harder stuff. i am dying to try some of those rock walls in the quarry, but alas my stuff breaks before i can. maybe its a sign i am not supposed to try it.

Just wondering if anyone there had a 2008 Liberty, I just bought one and am interested in seeing or reading it`s capabilities.

The KK's (2008+ Liberty's) are even more capable than the KJ's they replaced. Same strong 3.7l engine, 42RLE transmission (as used by pretty much every auto Jeep out there), NP231 T-case, 8.25 29 spline rear axle, and an (improved over the KJ) Dana 30M front axle. The front axle has more gearing options, and can handle up to 33" tires with a 2.5" lift. There's at least one or two companies making rockrails and other armor for the KK's too IIRC.

To keep this from going to much OT, start a new thread in this section if you have any more questions on the KK.
