Decided to take the links off of the rear and go with leafs. Had a set of 3/4 ton dodge rear springs that are 52" long. Used those because of the offset of the tie bolt. Added 4" of arch and an extra leaf. Have to move the rear hanger to the rear of the frame where the bumper bolts on because of the extra length.
I know the links look small, but it is in the preliminary stages to make sure everything works. They are gonna be 1 3/4 tubing when I get it all figured out. I know that it is not your typical setup, but it worked extremely well on the other rig.
I was just about to comment on that, hell I'd still sleeve that 1.75 with some 2.5 if I was you, them rocks are kinda portly.
That ought to be a hell of a mud rig when you're done.

I set the motor in and got the mounts welded up. Built and installed the trans this week. tore down the np205 and installed a 27 spline input, installed a 32 spline front output and installed my 1410 yokes. Also modded the shift rail for twin sticks.
