Called up a buddy and was able to do this in about 2.5 hours. Most of the time was spent trying to figure out how to jack the jeep safely up. It didn't want to stay level. Here are the pictures.
Front first:
Remove the tire
Disconnet the lower sway bar link
Remove the shock, first the bottom bolts, then the top
Spring compressors are a big help. This will allow you to get the spacer in
Once you have enough room, slide the spacer on top of the spring
Install the new shock
Reattach the sway bar and move on the the other side. Then the front is done
Front first:
