JK License Plate Mod....
Some times you wonder how the bean counters think. The first thing i noticed before I bought my JK home was that the rear license plate was held on by only two screws... both on the left side of the license plate. The two holes on the right just fit over small plastic studs. Besides looking cheap, the license plate was not very secure on the right side.
My solution... I drilled out the plastic studs and put in a couple of sheet metal screws that are normally used to hold on license plates.
Sorry, I'll have to go find another JK for a before pic... here's the after pic. I think it looks much better than the two small plastic studs peeking through the license plate....
