went to a new place local to me called Dirty Turtle Offroad, DTOR for short. $200 bounty for the first guy up this hill. no one made it up all weekend. how most ended up though was like this back with the shiny side up. some playing in my Jeep and then the fun started .

how the bent subframe came about. This hill does not play well when you nose over it. ends up looking like this i was not driving, guy in the red shirt (GF's dad) was behind the wheel

chicks dig body damage :rockit: i am all about pushing the limits of what my rig can do. i found them sunday, but it won't stop me from trying that same trail again. i know can make it and keep it greasy side down.

you can also now add 1 trac bar and bruised pride to the list as well.

more parts added to the list. 1 radiator, 1 subframe, and 1 exhaust header. pics to come at a later date.

been stuck a few times the Xj first not really stuck, electrical system got wet and she died. darn hitch dug in. could not back down the hill the ZJ 2wd FTL. had a broken front axle at the time, tried it anyway

Black Mountain in Harlan KY is right on the KY/VA border, should not be to far from ya and there is endless wheeling there

to help with overheating issues, today it got hood vents.

bead locks are among my future purchases for sure. it can be done, sucks to do, but you CAN replace a valve stem without breaking the bead on a tire, woulda done it but did not have a spare valve stem even. all good now, replaced it today actually with a shorter one in hopes it will not get...

no, not sure what happened to it exactly. i had only hit on main easy trail, easy enough i did it all in 2wd, got the the end and noticed something was not right. at first i though it was just low on pressure and blew the bead. as i tried to re-seat the bead it would not hold air, so looking...

around here they are pretty popular. i know out west places like moab and glamis are all public land. well out east here we have all kinds of off road parks that are privately owned and are for the sole purpose of wheeling. Bills491Offroad not sure if you have ever heard of any of them bit...

nothing of any count. tested out all my new parts this past weekend at a local even without a hitch, but 10 minute in i ripped a valve stem out of one of my rear tires so had to run on the spare all weekend.

neither YJ made it, the yota did but had to work for it
